The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jl92, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are a natural person who is at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction and place of residence;
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the Platform;
• You do not hold and will not attempt to hold more than one active account on the jl92 Platform;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jl92 or any other PAGCOR-licensed online gambling platform;
• The funds you deposit and use on the Platform are not derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of jl92, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

jl92 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring they remain eligible throughout the duration of their account.

Each Player may register only one account on jl92. During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Philippine mobile number and a password. jl92 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines, jl92 requires identity verification before processing a Player's first withdrawal. The following documents are accepted for KYC verification:

• Philippine Passport (valid or expired within 5 years);
• Philippine Driver's License (front and back);
• Social Security System (SSS) ID;
• PhilHealth ID;
• Philippine Voter's ID or Voter's Certificate;
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID).

Submitted documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and in the name matching the registered account. jl92 may request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds for accounts with high transaction volumes.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. jl92 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Any activity conducted under a Player's login credentials — regardless of whether authorised by the Player — is the responsibility of the Player. 4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. jl92 does not charge processing fees on deposits, however your payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes following successful KYC verification. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.

jl92 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may request supplementary KYC documentation for large withdrawals or accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns. Withdrawal requests will be declined if the account has an unmet wagering requirement on active bonus funds.

jl92 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by a certified random number generator. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee outcomes in individual sessions;

• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or with casino staff to manipulate game outcomes;

• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct in relation to the Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;

• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jl92 staff or other players.

jl92 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its operations. The following tools are available to all Players free of charge within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders at selected intervals to notify you of how long you have been logged in;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place wagers;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months;
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of jl92 or the relevant rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl92's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl92 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors not caused by wilful misconduct on jl92's part;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made based on information on the Platform that the Player relies on at their own risk;
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by jl92's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Players may close their jl92 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

jl92 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account without prior notice if:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• jl92 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other legal obligation;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player, jl92, or third parties;
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, collusion, or money laundering is detected.

In cases of suspension for investigation, funds may be held pending the outcome of the investigation. jl92 will communicate the results of any investigation to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

jl92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl92 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to active Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by displaying a prominent notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both jl92 and the Player submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, account transactions, or bonus terms, Players should first contact jl92's support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. jl92 will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and issue a resolution within 14 business days. If a Player is not satisfied with jl92's resolution, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under the licensing framework.
